Benefits and Claims Conditions

- 2AAC BCs do not cover the offenses of driving while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics.
- 3AAC BCs do not cover the offenses received for no license or a revoked or suspended license.
- 4AAC BCs do not cover any felony charges or violations of Illinois mandatory insurance laws.
- 5AAC BCs cover one photo violation per term.
- 6AAC BCs cover tickets for licensed drivers with a valid driver's license who receive a moving violation in the State of Illinois. Valid driver's licenses include out-of-state licenses and international licenses.
- 7AAC BCs cover the named owner of the bond card only. The name on the bond card and the name on the violation must be the same.
- 8Ticket claims are only valid if the ticket was issued within the term of your AAC Traffic Bond Card.
- 9Ticket claims must be submitted within 10 days of the Ticket Issue Date, otherwise the ticket claim may be denied.
- 10AAC will deny all claims where a traffic violation occurs within 5 days of the Date of Issue or the Effective Date of the bond card, but will accept claims issued 5 days after the Expiration Date to ensure a full term is granted.
- 11AAC is not responsible for late fees or doubled fines. We will only reimburse the original amount of the ticket, minus any applicable fees and our processing fee.
- 12AAC offers a 10-day grace period to submit a claim after the AAC BC has expired.
- 13There is a $20.00 processing fee deducted from each paid claim.
