MUST APPEAR IN COURT TICKETS

If your ticket says “Must Appear in Court” you will need to appear in court before a judge before submitting a claim. If your Ticket is not dismissed and you are ordered to pay a fine, you will need to pay the ticket then submit your Bond Card, Ticket and Receipt for reimbursement.

**Important Notes: When submitting for reimbursement it is required to submit a copy of your Receipt.

Claims can take up to 15 business days to process. You will notified if we need more information or have questions about your claim. Once approved, your ticket will be paid and you will be notified. Reimbursement checks take 7-10 business days to receive once your claim is processed.

  • Felony charges
  • Local municipality charge
  • Driving without insurance
  • No valid registration
  • No valid, revoked or suspended driver’s license
  • Parking
  • Stop/stand/park
  • Toll road charges
  • Unauthorized drivers
  • Violations of Illinois Mandatory Insurance laws
