**Important Notes: When submitting for reimbursement it is required to submit a copy of your Receipt.
Claims can take up to 15 business days to process. You will notified if we need more information or have questions about your claim. Once approved, your ticket will be paid and you will be notified. Reimbursement checks take 7-10 business days to receive once your claim is processed.

FAQs
Does AAC pay for other tickets besides camera tickets?
Yes. The AAC Traffic Bond Card pays most common moving violations including speeding, failure to stop, reckless driving, texting while driving, camera tickets, and driving on suspended license.
Does AAC pay for police tickets? Like, if I’m arrested?
No.
Does the Traffic Bond Card act as a bail bond?
No.
Is there a limit to the number of times members can use their Traffic Bond Card per term?
For most violations, there is no limit to the number of times members can use the bond card per term as long as the total amount of claims does not exceed $500. However, the Traffic Bond Card only covers 1 photo violation per term.
Does the AAC Traffic Bond Card cover drivers from other states and countries for tickets within Illinois?
Yes. Any valid drivers license is covered if the ticket is issued within the State of Illinois. IMPORTANT: The name on the Traffic Bond Card must match the name on the traffic ticket.
Does the Traffic Bond Card cover my spouse, domestic partner, or other family members?
No. The Traffic Bond Card only covers the person named on the Bond Card.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes. There is a $20 processing fee that is deducted from each violation.
How do I renew my Traffic Bond Card?
Contact your Insurance Agent and ask for a Traffic Bond Card. If your new insurance agent does not offer a Traffic Bond Card, you may reach out to us directly through our Contact page.
I received a ticket. How do I receive my reimbursement?

- Violations of Illinois Mandatory Insurance laws
